We stayed at keyser on new year's eve, and the location was perfect! We heard the fireworks, and it was so close to the buzzing atmosphere. The standard double room was comfy and cozy for a cold night. Plus, it was great being just a short walk from the train station.

Particularly good location, healthy breakfast on water of toilet. A very good building in the heart of Antwerp. Also, very near the Antwerp Central station.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Poor services and facilities. I had reservation for five days, but checked out after the first night. They never refunded me. They explained it as their system can't do credit card refunds. They said they would pay me back with cash, but they didn't have enough money. Maybe they can spend my money to buy new towels for their guest rooms as they look as they at least 10 years old.
Horrible place. Needs update their facilities. Gloomy and depressing design. Very uncomfortable beds. Service is the worst I have ever had. I don't have any idea how they could get 4 star rating.

The location was particularly good, near the train station. Bar Taverne Big Apple located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The rooms were decent size and complete with closet were, tea plus an air condition.

I loved the convenience of being just a few steps away from Antwerp's Central train station and only a short walk from the beautiful ZOO Antwerpen, making it easy to explore the city and its parks .
